At this time we are no allow outside groups to use our Facilities
Applicant completes the Facility Use form and turns it into the District Auxiliary Manger or email them to apederson@conway.k12.wa.us.
Calendar is then checked for availability
Application is reviewed by the district
Fees are determined by school policy, current facility fees and the needs of the group
Application is approve or denied
If approved, the applicant must provide proof of insurance
Arrangements are made with the applicant for specific services as needed
Day of Event:
Staff member meets user to give access
Custodian is on site (as needed) to monitor the facility and clean up after event.
