Superintendent Jeff Cravy

Jeff Cravy has served as our Superintendent since 2018. Along with his superintendent duties, he is also our Technology Director, ALE coordinator, Civil Rights Coordinator and he oversees a number of grants for the district.

Mr. Cravy spent thirteen years as an elementary school principal at both South Whidbey and Tonasket Elementary Schools.   In addition to his duties as a principal, he managed federal and state programs.   Mr. Cravy successfully implemented the PBIS behavioral program in both schools, as well as working with the North West ESD 189  in Anacortes to train other schools in behavioral interventions. Mr. Cravy has facilitated professional learning communities with a focus on teacher efficacy and the use of data to improve instruction. Prior to becoming an administrator, Mr. Cravy was a reading specialist in the Oroville School District, classroom teacher in Arlington, Officer for the Selah Police Department and DARE Officer for the Selah School District. 

Since 2003 Mr. Cravy has volunteered his spare time to serve as a volunteer EMT, EMS Trainer, and Firefighter in Skagit, Island, and Okanogan Counties.
