At this time we are no allow outside groups to use our Facilities

Applicant completes the Facility Use form and turns it into the District Auxiliary Manger or email them to apederson@conway.k12.wa.us.

Calendar is then checked for availability
Application is review by District office to insure that request meets the policy.
Fees are determined by the Policy and Facility Fee agreement
Application is approve or denied
Applicant must then provide proof of insurance
Date is entered into the Facility Use Calendar
Custodian is notified to insure heat is preprogrammed
Custodian is scheduled for the event. (cook if necessary)

Day of Event:

Custodian meets user and gives them access to the room they have rented
Custodian is on site to monitor the facility and then clean up after event.
All documentation is kept in a notebook in the Business Managers office where the district calendar is kept. Proof of insurance is kept with the application in the same notebook.
