English Language Learners (ELL)

Conway School District has a Transitional Bilingual Instruction Program (TBIP) to support students who are learning English. Referred to as “ELL” (English Language Learner) services, our programming is aligned with state and federal requirements to ensure we are addressing and monitoring the unique needs of multilingual students.

Students who receive ELL services participate in an annual English Language Proficiency assessment called WIDA.
