Virtual Board Meetings

Conway School District Board of Directors will have a Zoom option for those who cannot attend an in person meeting.  In order to ensure that you can join the meeting, please contact the district office at 360-445-5785 by noon on the day of the meeting to ensure you have a link to join the meeting.

As with all board meetings, those wishing to speak with the board during the meeting need to sign up at the beginning of the meeting.  For these meetings, use the "chat" button at the bottom of the screen to indicate your desire to address the board.  If calling from a phone a device where you cannot  use the chat feature, the superintendent will ask if there are any who wish to address the board and ensure you are on the agenda.  

Public Comments are taken at the beginning of the meeting and are limited to three minutes.  During the board meeting, the public is observing the meeting, therefore there are no comments during the regular portion of the meeting when the board is conducting business unless the board president asks for public comments.
