Superintendent Jeff Cravy

Jeff Cravy comes to Conway School District as our superintendent after having spent thirteen as years as an elementary school principal at both South Whidbey and Tonasket Elementary Schools. During his time as school principal, he managed special programs such as english language learners, highly capable, behavioral and remedial reading.  Mr. Cravy has successfully implemented the PBIS behavioral program in both schools, as well as working with the North West ESD in Anacortes to train other schools in behavioral interventions.  Mr. Cravy has facilitated professional learning communities in both districts with a focus on teacher efficacy and the use of data to improve instruction.  Prior to becoming an administrator, Mr. Cravy was a reading specialist in Oroville, WA and a classroom teacher in Arlington, WA.
